Ottawa, Ontario – A few months back when the snow was still on the ground, we spent a couple months with the children in the YMCA’s after school program at Viscount Alexander Public School. One Friday we brought in our digital camera (we’re allowed to bring in electronic gadgets on Friday’s) and had a photo hunt. The children, ages 7 to 12, helped write down all the objects they could think of in the room, scramble them up in a hat and then took turns picking them out and snapping photos of them. While we didn’t upload any of the pictures of the children to protect their privacy, we did want to show you their photography skills. Here are their final photos, unedited:
